Finally got my ass out the door for a run... did better than I expected.. but... I have already starting feeling the efects!! of what the stiffness will feel like tomorrow...

at the moment, we are NO for shots........don't feel informed enough, not tested for problems, ..... so, that is where we sit. We never do flu shots. not sure is this is right, but doing it doesn't feel right at the moment.
